Dust Extraction
With more than 25 years experience in the field of fume and dust extraction,
Climavent has become a trusted name among UK engineering and manufacturing
companies. Apart from our high vacuum and welding fume extraction systems,
our dust extraction systems deserve a special mention.
For optimum dust control we always aim to provide dust extraction at
source. This is achieved by giving careful consideration to the customers
working process and then selecting from our range of extraction arms,
down draught benches, dust control booths and extraction hoods.
Climavent Dust extraction units guarantee powerful suction with the
use of superior quality filtration systems, centrifugal fans and correctly
sized ductwork.
Our dust collection units are manufactured from carbon steel with a
powder coated finish as standard. Stainless steel Dust Extraction Units
are also available. Added features for our dust collectors include carbon
filtration, hepa filtration, rotary discharge valves, explosion relief
panels and flame proof motors. Our Dust Extractor Units are available
in various sizes and are ATEX compliant.
Lakestyle
In March 2004 Climavent acquired the Lakestyle brand. The manufacturing and service standards will be retained at the Climavent base in Wigan, where the full range of spares is available ex-stock.
Lakestyle has over 35 years experience in providing down draught benches, booths and Wet Dust Exhaust Units for fettling, grinding, trimming and dressing operations.
